Course Outline: This course will use current industry tools and techniques to solve creative problems. The class will be treated as an Art Department. Rather than a traditional class room students will be given a real studio experience and will receive guidance on how to approach assignments as a professional concept artist.
Course Goal: Students will learn to problem solve their own designs and be able to produce work quickly. Each student will receive individual attention after each lecture. We will address any insecurities and work towards growing as professional artist. EVERY STUDENT LEAVES WITH A FINISHED PORTFOLIO IMAGE!
Note from Instructor: This workshop is designed to explore the imagination of each student rather than repeating instructor demonstrations. We will address personal creative road blocks and learn how to START/FINISH an idea. Lets make cool artwork and grow as artists. My largest concern will always be your education and understanding of the material. It's my goal to make sure each student leaves confident in bringing their ideas to life.
Requirements: A personal computer with the latest version of Zbrush and any version of Keyshot. In order to speed things up and make sure too much time isn't spent teaching different techniques it's HIGHLY recommended that you bring these materials.
