Event Shipping Policy
All tickets purchased through this event website are considered "Will Call" and are not shipped. Your receipt acts as your ticket and is shown onsite at the event during registration hours to gain entrance.
All shipping requests for book orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday) following the event date. If it is not possible to ship on that day or the next following day, we will make sure to contact you as soon as possible. All domestic orders to residences and businesses will be sent via UPS Ground. All domestic orders to PO Box and military addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. International orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International. We reserve the right to delay or hold orders with inappropriate shipping selections (i.e., "domestic vs. international").
Please send all address corrections to firstname.lastname@example.org with the phrase "Address Correction" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order ID number with the email.
If you receive the wrong order or an item that is damaged, you must contact us contact us within 10 business days and simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt. We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item, we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available. Please contact email@example.com.
